By virtue of provisions of Decree Law No.314 ,for year 1996
By virtue of provisions of Low No.2 ,for year 2005
By virtue of provisions of State employees basic law No.50 ,for year 2004
By virtue of provisions of Low No.8315 ,dated 04/011/2003
By virtue of internal system of the company, and in accordance with
Letter No.71dated 26/04/2008 by General Director, pursuant to the
decision by the joint administrative committee of Tartous and Lattakia Port
in session No.6 dated 10/04/2008 and pursuant to the two Letters No.1274 and
1271,dated 03/05/2008 by Director of Financial affairs.
Decides:
Article one: - Proceeding of the two administrative committees at Tartous and Lattakia Ports in session No.6 ,
dated 10/04/2008 shall come into effect in accordance with what is mentiond here below :
- Present tariff of the tug charge mentioned in list No.1 of decision No.2596 for year 2004,by Prime Ministry shall rise
by 25% over the present tariff already in force.
- Present tariff of employing land, marine and electric cranes mentioned in list No.7 of the tariff decision No.2596
for year 2004 shall rise by 25% over the present tariff already in force.
- Present tariff respective to providing ships and other investing sides with fresh water shall rise by 25%
per cubic meter over the present tariff already in force.
- Present tariff respective to charges of concuming electricity shall rise by 25% over the present tariff already
in force.
- Present tariff respective to charges of consuming electricity related to containers mentiond in list No.9
2nd item.shall rise by 25% ver the present tariff already in force.
Article two:- This resolution shall be notified to those concerned in order to put it into effect.
