By virtue of Decree Law No.314 ,for year 1969
By virtue of provisions of Low No.2 ,for year 2005
By virtue of provisions of State employees basic law No.50 ,for year 2004
By virtue of provisions of Low No.8315 ,dated 05/011/2003
By virtue of the company's by-laws
By virtue of Desision No2596 ,dated 15/03/2004 by Priminister
By virtue of Desision issued by the two administrative committees of the Port
companies in Tartous and Lattakia in the sessions Nrs. 9 and 7 held
21.05.2008,and by virtue of the Letter No.1659 dated 29.05.2008,by the
directorate of financial affairs
Decides:
Article one: Cargoes and costs of investment operations in the general company of Tartous port shall be
in excess of the different services the company renders to the ships and cargoes that arrive the port or
pass through it in accordance with tablets Nrs.1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9 annexed to the abouve mentioned decision
by the Prime Misister in accordance with provisions mentioned in it for efforts, charges and expenses born
by the company by 25% of the Present tariff already in force.
Article two: This decision shall be in effect from 01.06.2008.
Article three : This decision shall be notified to those concerned to put it into effect.
