To Messers Owners and Operators of the Syrian Ships
Dear sirs
Find attached here to the Circulation No.924, Dated 28.05.2008 , by the General Directorate of Ports to the effect that ships and there opirators to comply with the decisions of the Maritime Safty Committee (MSC) and the Maritime Invironment Protection Committee (MAPC) issued by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
Kindly review same and comply with the content of the Circulation to avoid arresting your ships in the forigen Ports by the PSC.
